We want you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- For hygiene reasons, opened skincare, makeup, and personal care items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@baubau.beauty with your order number and a photo of the item — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
How to request a return
- Email hello@baubau.beauty with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll confirm pickup or drop-off details with you
- Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Since most orders are Cash on Delivery, approved refunds are issued via bKash/Nagad transfer or bank transfer to the details you provide.
